‘RHOP’ star Karen Huger found guilty of DUI after high-speed crash: report

“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Karen Huger has reportedly been found guilty of DUI after wrecking her Maserati in a high-speed crash in March.

That was reported by TV Deets that a Maryland jury deliberated for five hours before reaching a verdict after a two-day trial.

Huger’s trial reportedly began Tuesday when she faced charges of driving under the influence and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

During the trial, an EMT who responded to the accident in Maryland claimed that Huger refused treatment but “swayed” when she eventually tried to climb into the ambulance. per Fox5.

She also allegedly acted aggressively toward the responding EMTs, telling them to “fk off” and “go fk yourselves” several times.

However, the reality star reportedly complimented a female EMT at the scene, calling her “beautiful” and “gorgeous.”

Huger’s cousin reportedly testified in her defense, claiming he was on the phone with her when the crash happened. He claimed she was upset about personal matters but did not seem drunk at the time.

The Bravo personality, 61, totaled her Maserati in 2017 after she hit a center and pedestrian sign at an intersection before colliding with a tree.

At the time of the accident in March, Huger was also hit with traffic violations for careless and reckless driving, speeding, driving with a suspended registration and failure to notify the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration of her change of address.

The contractor’s lawyers reportedly tried to have the case dropped before it went to trial.

The next month, her “RHOP” co-star Gizelle Bryant insinuated that Huger had slowed down her drinking because her “drunk calls” had allegedly stopped following the wreck.

“I actually miss them,” Bryant joked while appearing on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” show. “She hasn’t done that in a while.”
