While some said the website had “errors”, others complained that “thousands” were ahead of them (in the queue). Are you facing the same problem? Here’s what you can do:

Choose VIP packages: Big MCR fan? Sometimes VIP packages remain available when regular tickets are sold out. Check Ticketmaster’s VIP options for availability.

One person who wrote about their problem on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, said: “was getting MCR tickets when Ticketmaster froze the checkout screen three times and then kicked me back to the queue, but this time with 30,000 people in front of me.”

“Buying these MCR tickets has been such an annoying experience. Waited in line in line forever, finally got in and picked seats, then went back to the seat selection card to change seats and it kicked me out. So now I’m in the queue of 17,000 people again Nice,” added another.
