Buffalo Bills Injury Report Vs. Chiefs

During his weekly appearance on WGR550, Bills head coach Sean McDermott has ruled out TE Dalton Kincaid (knee), WR Keon Coleman (wrist) and LB Matt Milano (biceps) for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

WR Amari Cooper (wrist) and OT Spencer Brown (ankle) will be listed as questionable and both will be limited in Friday’s practice.

Kincaid’s absence marks his first game missed this season, and the Bills are still working through the timeline for his return to action.

“We’re just taking it one week at a time,” McDermott said of Kincaid’s injury.

Milano opened his 21-day training window from IR this week as he works his way back from a biceps injury he suffered before the season. He will miss Sunday’s game against the Chiefs, but the Bills will except Milano to play this season.

The Bills’ full injury report will be updated after Friday’s practice.
