Browns WR leaves game vs Steelers

game

Fighting snowball conditions in Cleveland, Brown receiver Cedric Tillman took a big hit late in the third quarter and went to the locker room. Cleveland isn’t relying heavily on the pass as the “Thursday Night Football” game against the Pittsburgh Steelers continues, thanks to the conditions and the game script.

The Browns will lean on David Njoku, Elijah Moore and Jerry Jeudy in the passing game if the no. 19 cannot return. Here’s the latest on Tillman.

Cedric Tillman injury update

Tillman took a huge hit from Patrick Queen late in the third quarter and appeared to have trouble getting off the field. He entered the blue medical tent and was later taken to the dressing room. Browns coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed after the match that Tillman had suffered a concussion.

The receiver has been a key piece for Cleveland since trading Amari Cooper, but the concussion could cloud his status going forward.
