Storm 5 warning in effect for Wednesday with storms, isolated tornado risk

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A strong cold front is approaching Wednesday morning, bringing heavy rain and a threat for some strong to severe storms.

Wind gusts and flooding are the most likely hazards. A brief isolated tornado is also possible with the window of greatest concern beginning at 06.00 to 9:00 a.m

Flooding will be the main concern north of I-40, where a flood watch is in place.
