Mbappé returns to the scene of the World Cup Final hat-trick and scores again

Kylian Mbappé must really enjoy playing at the Lusail Stadium in Doha.

Exactly two years ago today, the Frenchman scored a hat-trick against Argentina in the World Cup final, but ended up on the losing side.

Now he has scored again at the same stadium, as Vinícius Júnior overtook goalkeeper Carlos Moreno with a neat stepover, leaving Mbappé to deliver the finish.

Mbappé also loves a final, having scored eight goals in the last seven he has played for club and country in all competitions and now has four from two at this venue.

It marks 300 club goals for the 25-year-old, with plenty of time left in his career to add to the tally.

Will it be another hat-trick in Doha?
