What happened in last week’s episode of ‘Yellowstone?’

Episode 13 of Season 5, titled “Give the World Away,” showed Beth (Kelly Reilly) heading to Texas to oversee the auction of one of Dutton Ranch’s horses and comfort Teeter (Jennifer Landon) over Colby’s (Denim Richard’s) death. .

The episode ended with the sale of many of the ranch’s assets and Kayce (Luke Grimes) realizing a way the family might be able to save it.

What can viewers expect from the ‘Yellowstone’ season 5 finale?

The final episode of season 5 of “Yellowstone,” titled “Life Is a Promise,” will air on Sunday, December 15 and run for one hour and 26 minutes.

Executive producer Christina Voros said in an interview with the entertainment website Hollywood Reporter, she was surprised by the show’s end, but said it was inevitable.

“It all makes sense in hindsight,” Voros said. “But looking ahead, you would never have seen it coming.”

Is Season 5 The Last Season Of ‘Yellowstone’?

Following the suspicious death of show patriarch John Dutton (Kevin Costner), along with a nearly two-year gap between parts one and two of season 5 due to Hollywood writer’s strikes and scheduling conflicts, it seems unclear whether this season will be the show’s last.

The “Yellowstone” universe has spawned many spin-offs since it premiered in 2018, including “1883” and “1923,” with talk of additional spin-offs in the future.

Will There Be a Rip and Beth ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoff?

Speculation that Reilly and Cole Hauser will appear in a new “Yellowstone” Beth and Rip spin-off that picks up where Season 5 leaves off, seems to be happeningaccording to several reports and Deadline.com.

The spinoff has long been discussed as a possibility.

Reilly demurred when asked by USA Today in October about appearing in the spinoff.

“The truth is, nothing is final or set in stone right now,” Reilly said. “We just want to end this chapter of ‘Yellowstone’ because it deserves it. We talk a lot about the future, but I just want everyone to watch the last six episodes as their finale. And then, if there is a future, and if (executive producer) Taylor (Sheridan) writes something else for us, we’ve both said we’re there.”
