Notre Dame Week 13 highlight: Jeremiah Love keeps streak alive

Notre Dame running back Jeremiah Love has his second touchdown of the night against no. 18 Army at Yankee Stadium.

Unlike his first score of the night, which was a receiving touchdown, Love’s second was a rushing touchdown for the No. 6 Fighting Irish. That means his streak of games with a rushing touchdown has extended to 11.

This one was a 14-yard scamper that capped a 3-play, 41-yard drive that took 1:23 off the clock. Love found the end zone with 4:35 left in the first half, shortly after Notre Dame forced Army to go three-and-out.

That series followed an Irish error in punting it on fourth-and-goal.

Love also had runs of 21- and 6-yards on the drive.

Wayne Bullock was the last Notre Dame player to accomplish this feat, doing so in 1973-1974.
