How to watch Las Vegas Grand Prix: Live stream Formula 1, TV channel

There are just three races left in this Formula 1 season, starting with Sunday’s Las Vegas Grand Prix. Entering this race, Max Verstappen leads the championship, extending his lead by winning the most recent race in Brazil.

Verstappen has 393 points, while Lando Norris is back in second place with 331 points. What’s happening this weekend in Las Vegas?

While the driver’s title isn’t much of a competition at this point, the constructor’s title is. McLaren currently leads with 593 points, but Ferrari is not far behind with 557. Red Bull also remain in the hunt with 544 points. Mercedes are locked in fourth and Aston Martin are likely to have a grip on fifth, but the battle for sixth is also close, with Alpine, Haas and RB all within five points.

At Interlagos earlier this month, Verstappen qualified just 17th on a rain-soaked weekend but came from behind to claim a shock victory. Verstappen has not won the title, but it will be difficult for Norris to make a realistic attempt to unseat Verstappen and prevent the Red Bull star from winning his fourth championship.

George Russell is on pole this weekend, while Carlos Sainz Jr. starting number two. Alpine’s Pierre Gasly, fresh from a shock podium in Brazil, starts third, while Sainz’s Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc is fourth on the grid.

Last year Verstappen won this race by 2.070 seconds over Leclerc. Verstappen’s Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez was third. Don’t expect a repeat podium this week for Perez as he struggled in qualifying and didn’t make it out of the first qualifying round.
