Stars like Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jonathan Bailey, Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum and Ethan Slater shined brightly on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of their film on November 9.

Actually Jennifer Lopez, Idina Menzel, Kristin Chenoweth, Victoria Monet and Frankie Grande were all on hand to celebrate the star-studded event held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.

Grande portraying Glinda in the Jon M. Chu-directed film, has kept the character close to her heart as she has promoted the film dressed in bright pink to honor the good witch. After all, her dream of reaching Oz began at an early age.

“I thought that when I was 10 years old,” she shared New York Times in an interview published on November 6. “I started on Broadway, and I’m so grateful for the ways in which my career took turns and pop became my main thing, but I also think my soul deeply misses musical theater and comedy.”

“So as soon as I got the murmur that it could possibly be made into a movie,” the Nickelodeon alum continued, “all I wanted was a chance to audition.”
