Jeremy Clarkson has announced that season five of Clarkson’s Farm is officially in production.

The former Top Gear host has delighted viewers after taking to Instagram on November 5 with a video announcement. In the footage, he pointed to fireworks displaying the number 5 and said, “Clarkson’s Farm season five is coming.”

He added the caption: “it’s November 5th… it just felt right. Clarkson’s Farm S5 is officially in production.”

Sharing with his 8.7 million followers, many of his fans have been delighted with the news. One person said in the comments: “Best news I’ve heard all year.”

Another person also said: “Saw the US election results. This announcement is the one!” A third also wrote: “What a way to announce the S5!”

Season four of Clarkson’s Farm is expected to air on Amazon Prime in 2025. The third series premiered on May 3 earlier this year and saw Jeremy face challenges such as hot weather, high utility prices and scheduling conflicts.

Other fan favorites returning to Clarkson’s Farm include Lisa Hogan and Kaleb Cooper, both of whom have become famous characters since appearing in the first series.

The show and Jeremy’s Diddly Squat Farm Shop have become extremely popular with locals and celebrities alike, attracting icons such as former England footballer David Beckham.

However, Clarkson has experienced problems with neighbors in recent years.

Local residents living close to the Cotswolds farm have claimed it is a “threat” and a “danger” and said that too many tourists visit the place and “block the roads”.

They also clashed with Jeremy at a planning meeting after he tried to expand his parking lot at the farm shop.
