The incident remains under investigation, police said, calling it a “tragedy.” Two doctors who were assisting were exposed to a high level of carbon monoxide and were treated at a hospital. A Solebury Township police officer was treated at the scene, the department said.

Haddon’s acting credits include Disney’s “World’s Greatest Athlete” and “North Dallas Forty.” According to her websiteshe was also the only model to be signed to four major cosmetics companies – Revlon, Max Factor, Estée Lauder and L’Oréal.

Haddon was a spokesperson for L’Oréal for over 15 years, was an ambassador for UNICEF and founded WomenOne, a charity focused on the education of girls and women, her website states.

Her daughter, Ryan Haddon, remembered her mother as an “inspiration” and someone who “held so many up.”

“The bright light that is Dayle is dimmed in this earthly realm. Shining in a place as bright as ever where needed most, I have no doubts,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “She was a woman in her power, yet soft and attentive to all. Deeply creative and curious, gifted with beauty inside and out. Always kind and thoughtful.”

“I always trust the timing of things. There are no accidents, and how we enter and exit this world is certainly mysterious and unknowable. She was a high-hearted spiritual being who valued the development of her soul, so I know her journey here in this dimension must have been complete,” Ryan continued. “I honor her. I bow to her. I honor all the paths and adventures I have taken. I saw her be golden and always reach for the Light in all areas of her life.”

Representatives for Haddon and Blucas did not immediately respond to a request for comment Saturday.
