College football won’t take the holiday weekend off, as eight bowl games are set to take place across Saturday’s schedule.

Headlining today’s game is a new favorite: Pop-Tarts Bowl between no. 16 Miami and no. 19 Iowa State at 3:30 PM ET at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Of course, the winner of Saturday’s Pop-Tarts Bowl will get to choose the flavor of the edible Pop-Tarts mascot when they hoist the fully functional toaster trophy.

Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter will look to lead no. 22 Colorado for a victory against no. 17 BYU in the Alamo Bowl at 7:30 p.m. ET. Although both Buffaloes and Cougars are conference foes, Alamo has stuck to its old Big 12 vs. Pac 12 conference ties – therefore two current Big 12 teams meet in the same bowl game.

Two more bowl games on Saturday will take place at two of the more iconic baseball ballparks in the country. Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, will host UConn and North Carolina in the Fenway Bowl; and Boston College will meet Nebraska in the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankees Stadium in New York.
