Separate shootings leave man dead, teenager injured

Two separate shootings left a man dead near Indian School Park in central Phoenix and a teenager in critical condition near the Desert Sky Mall in west Phoenix.

PHOENIX – A man has died after he was shot and taken to hospital on Friday 27 December.

The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m., near the intersection of Indian School Road and 7th Street near the Los Jardines Apartments.

The apartment complex is about a block east of Steele Indian School Park.

Police have closed the area for investigation.
