72 apartments proposed for former Post-Standard building: The $17.6 million project includes 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, including units in the towering glass enclosure that once housed the printing press. The City Planning Commission approved the project’s plans last week. The plans do not say what the rent will be for the apartments.

Timeline on CNY house explosion details National Grid delay: The utility failed to turn off gas and power for four hours after a car accident in Madison County last year, according to details in an order from the state Public Service Commission. The commission and National Grid agreed to a $1 million settlement in the case.
