Rain resumes after severe storms move out of North Texas – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

Hours after rains and storms that brought flash flooding, hail and tornado watches to North Texas, “enveloping rain showers” have developed across North Texas.

The threat of severe weather is over, and the rain should disappear only in the evening.

Our above normal temperature trend will continue into the weekend. But a cold front will lower temperatures before New Year’s Eve, and the cooler weather will continue as we enter 2025.
