Trump tells 37 people with convictions that Biden has turned into ‘going to hell’ in lengthy Christmas post

President-elect Trump used a lengthy Christmas Day social media post on Wednesday to tell the 37 people who had their death sentences commuted by President Biden to “go to hell.”

“Also to the 37 most violent criminals who killed, raped and looted like almost no one before them, but amazingly just got a pardon from sleepy Joe Biden,” Trump wrote in the latter of two Truth Social posts.

“I refuse to wish the lucky ‘souls’ a Merry Christmas, but will instead say: THEN THEN HELL!”

President Biden on Monday commuted the sentences of 37 inmates on federal death row. Their sentences were commuted to life imprisonment.

Trump has repeatedly condemned the decision.

In his Wednesday missive, Trump also focused on foreign relations with China, Panama, Canada and Greenland. He accused China’s soldiers of “illegally” manning the Panama Canal, which he says he wants to return to US control.

“Merry Christmas to all, including to the wonderful soldiers in China who lovingly but illegally operate the Panama Canal (where we lost 38,000 people in its construction 110 years ago) and who always make sure that the United States puts billions of dollars into ‘fix’ money but want absolutely nothing to say about ‘anything,’” Trump wrote.

He added: “Also to Governor Justin Trudeau of Canada, whose citizen taxes are way too high, but if Canada were to become our 51st state, their taxes would be reduced by more than 60% and their businesses would immediately double in size, and they would be militarily protected like no other country anywhere in the world.”

“Similarly to the people of Greenland, whom the US needs for reasons of national security, and who want the US to be there, and we will!”
