The Los Angeles Lakers Will definitely have a merry Christmas.

They defeated Golden State Warriors 115-113Wednesday behind a game-winning layup from Austin Reavesthat ends a memorable holiday game.

Los Angeles had a nine-point lead with 1:30 left in regulation. But Golden State bounced back and tied the game with 7 seconds left on a 3-pointer from Stephen Curry— the second of back-to-back treys in the final minute. Reaves answered back on the ensuing possession. Curry’s heave with one second left hit the backboard, capping a wild Lakers victory.

Los Angeles’ two-point victory is the smallest margin of play on Christmas Day since 2016, when LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers defeated Curry and the Warriors by one point according to ESPN Research.
