It’s the holiday season, but now that presents have been opened and families have spent time together, it’s time to get back to what really matters in life: NFL football.

With the regular season just two weekends away, many fan bases are beginning to wonder if their team could make it to the Super Bowl this year. They need to know if they should start thinking about booking flights and hotels and securing tickets. But when is the Super Bowl? What time does it happen? All of these questions are probably racing through your brain while your twice-a-year uncle tries to convince you of a widespread conspiracy that you stopped listening to 23 minutes ago. He’s still walking and all you can think is, “I mean, if Detroit Lions reach the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history, I’m going to be there, right?”

Outside of the conversation you are involved in, you have nothing left to fear. Here’s everything you need to know about when and where Super Bowl 59 will be played.

Super Bowl 59 is scheduled for Sunday, February 9, 2025.

Hopefully we won’t experience a similar debacle this time.

The Super Bowl starts at 6:30 ET this year. It will be broadcast on FOX and can be streamed further Fubo and the FOX Sports app.

Who will perform the halftime show?

16-time Grammy Award winner Kendrick Lamar will headline the halftime show this year. Lamar tends to bring several people on stage with him to enhance his show. Given the prominence of the Super Bowl, there’s a good chance we could see some big names in hip-hop join him in his performance.
