For the first time this season, there is NFL football on Saturday. Week 16 started with an AFC West contest between Los Angeles Chargers and Denver Broncos on “Thursday Night Football,” but four more teams are in action before Sunday’s fixture list.

The two games on today’s program are between playoff teams in the AFC. AFC South champion Houston Texas kick things off on the road against the AFC West winners and current no. 1 seed Kansas City Chiefs. Later, it’s a match between AFC North foes Baltimore Ravens hosted by Pittsburgh Steelers in a game that could decide the division winner.

After a 20-12 win over Miami to win the division title, the Texans are headed to the Chiefs and will then take on the Ravens on Christmas Day. A win over the Chiefs, who just had their first double-digit win since Week 7 last time out against Cleveland, would build confidence heading into this final stretch before the playoffs.
  • The Steelers held the Ravens to a season-low 329 total yards and forced a season-high three turnovers the last time these two teams met in Week 11 in Pittsburgh.
