Sydney Sweeney looks incredible in a lace corset after shutting down Body Shamers

Stepping out in New York City over the weekend, Sydney Sweeney was spotted walking hand-in-hand with her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, wearing a lace corset, leather pants and a matching leather jacket. Undoubtedly a murder.

Sydney’s appearance in New York City comes as she shut down body-shamers on Instagram over the weekend. The Euphoria The actress shared a look at the sexist, misogynistic and just downright disgraceful comments she’s dealt with in light of the latest swimsuit pap photos that have been shared. She followed up those comments with a series of photos and videos of herself working out at the gym and gaining muscle in preparation for playing professional boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming biopic.

Back in October – after pictures of Sydney on set were leaked – she talked about being cast in the biopic and made it clear how excited she is to work out.

“Well, cats out of the bag thanks to some paps in the bushes, so here’s a little quote from my film I’m working on right now,” she wrote on Instagram, adding: “Over the last few months I’ve been immersed in training bringing to life the story of an incredible woman – a true champion who fought battles both in and out of the ring is a testament to resilience, strength and hope and I am honored to step into her shoes to share her powerful story with you all coming soon :)”
