Analysis: Headlining New York’s inactive list starts cornerback DJ Reed, who the Jets downgraded from questionable to out on Saturday. Reed’s backup, cornerback Brandin Echols, also will not play.

New York also made starting tight end Tyler Conklin inactive Sunday. Conklin and his wife Scottie are reportedly awaiting the birth of their first child.
