‘Ruffled feathers’: Sources believe JT Miller could be available

Former NHL player Paul Bissonnette wondered on a recent edition of the “Spittin’ Chiclets” podcast if JT Miller could be a potential fit for an Eastern Conference team.

It feels like every year Miller’s name comes up in trade rumors around the National Hockey League, and now more than ever, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

Miller is proving he’s worth the contract the Vancouver Canucks gave him and looks to be well on his way to being over a point-per-game player for the fourth straight season.

Despite Miller’s success on the ice in Vancouver, his name keeps popping up in trade rumors, the latest coming from Bissonnette on the “Spittin’ Chiclets” podcast.

Paul Bissonnette wonders if JT Miller could fit in Boston

On this week’s edition of the “Spittin’ Chiclets” podcast, Bissonnette, aka Biznasty, wondered if Miller was available on the NHL’s trade market and if he could be a fit for the Boston Bruins as their first-line center.

The Boston Bruins have struggled this season and lack a true no. 1 center on their roster, which is part of the reason Bissonnette mentioned the Canucks forward as a potential fit.

Other members of the “Spittin’ Chiclets” cast seemed a bit confused, questioning why Vancouver would even trade Miller, to which Bissonnette says there are “ruffled feathers” and he doesn’t see eye-to-eye with the star forward. Elias Pettersson.
