Blake Snell signs with the Dodgers to a five-year, $182 million deal

Left-handed pitcher Blake Snell has signed with the Dodgers.

The now former Giants starter agreed to a five-year, $182 million contract, That was confirmed by The Post’s John Heyman.

The deal is pending a physical and Snell will receive a $52 million signing bonus, according to Heyman.

The deal with the Dodgers includes “some” deferred money, It was reported by The Athletic.

The former Cy Young winner is coming off a season in which he went 5-3 for San Francisco with a 3.12 ERA in 20 starts.

Snell struck out 145 batters over 104 innings and managed to turn things around in the second half of the season after a slow start to the year due to injury.

The lefty had a 9.51 ERA through six starts into July with the Giants and returned from an IL stint in early July when he posted a 1.23 ERA in his final 14 starts of the season.

Snell had entered the offseason as one of the top free agents on the market.
