Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay leaves in the 2nd half

LOS ANGELES – Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Slay left early in the third quarter after a hard collision while tackling tight end Colby Parkinson along the right sideline. He was replaced at the line by Isaiah Rodgers, who was flagged for a pass interference call in the end zone later in the drive to set up a Rams score.

Slay, a six-time Pro Bowler, is in his 12th NFL season. He has seven passes defensed and one forced fumble on the year, and the Eagles came in with the No. 1 pass defense. 2 in the league (173 yards per game).

Later, in the fourth quarter, the Eagles also ruled out defensive end Brandon Graham (elbow).
