Ashton Jeanty stats, game logs with Boise State; Heisman Trophy odds

game

Boise State football running back Ashton Jeanty doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.

The star for No. 13 Broncos (9-1, 6-0) continues to see his odds in the 2024 Heisman Trophy award conversation skyrocket as he piles up the yards and touchdowns. Jeanty, listed at 5-foot-9 by Boise State, rushed 32 times for 159 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-21 win over San Jose State.

Jeanty has 10 100-yard rushing games, six games of over 150 rushing yards and four over 200 yards this season. With 1,893 rushing yards through 10 games, Jeanty is in prime position to break Barry Sanders’ NCAA single-season rushing record, set at Oklahoma State in 1988.

He leads runner-up Omarion Hampton of North Carolina (1,422 yards) by nearly 500 yards. His 26 rushing touchdowns might also tie the next two rushers, who sit at 21st.
