Quarterback Bryson Daily ready to lead Army in The Bronx

Bryson Daily doesn’t know where he’ll be next year.

He could be in Alabama or South Korea, Michigan or Germany or the Middle East. He will be a Second Lieutenant in the Army, posted to a military base to be determined. His hope is to serve in the infantry.

“We take classes, like military science, that directly prepare us for the job ahead of us,” Daily said. “It’s something we always think about.”

Soon, Daily will be one of more than 450,000 active duty troops in the Army. Today he is one of a kind.
