Georgia quarterback Carson Beck hasn’t helped his draft stock this season.

According to ESPN’s Matt MillerBeck is being considered anywhere from a first- to third-round prospect:

“The conversation surrounding Georgia quarterback Carson Beck is fascinating. An AFC South scout told me this week that he considers Beck in the ‘late-first round’ because he is the ‘cleanest’ of the quarterback prospects in terms of frame, arm strength and But one NFC East scout told me his grade on Beck was the third-round The variance is wide, and Beck hasn’t helped himself, throwing multiple interceptions this season, including four of his last six performances. . He needs a hot streak down the stretch to rejuvenate his stock.”

In all, Beck has thrown for 2,488 yards, 17 touchdowns and 12 interceptions this season, completing 65.4 percent of his passes. He’s currently throwing for fewer yards and touchdowns and has a worse contest percentage than last season, and he’s already doubled his interceptions from a year ago.

Georgia, meanwhile, is now 7-2 and fighting for its College Football Playoff life, with games remaining against No. 7 Tennessee, UMass and Georgia Tech. Loss against Tennessee and those CFP hopes could be extinguished, and Beck’s chances of being a first-round pick could go out the window with them.
