Watch Mk.gee Perform ‘Alesis,’ ‘Rockman’

Multi-instrumentalist Mk.gee debuted at Saturday Night Live featuring performances of “Alesis” and his recently released single “Rockman”.

The former, from the guitarist’s first studio album, Two Star & the Dream Policealso saw Zack Sekoff and Andrew Aged on electronics and guitar respectively.

The 28-year-old New Jersey native, who has delivered captivating live performances elsewhere, then performed “Rockman”—eagle screech included.

The track, which he debuted in October, have drawn comparisons to Sting and The Police, although Mk.gee has not been specific about its inspiration.

Mk.gee’s world tour will conclude in Australia next month.
