Microsoft investigates bug as thousands of users report issues with Teams, Outlook

The outage began at 3 a.m. Monday morning

Thousands of Microsoft users woke up to email, Teams and other issues on Monday morning.

Since at 03:00 the software maker has been dealing with issues affecting Exchange Online.

Microsoft 365 status posted the X about the problem.

After 9:00 a.m X account issued an update that it continues to manually reboot affected machines.

Users have taken to Downdector to report the issues.

As of 11:00 a.m., nearly 6,000 users have reported problems with Microsoft 365 and 7,000 users reported problems with Outlook. Over 300 users report problems with Team. Almost 300 users report problems with Shop.
