Landman Stunner Michelle Randolph in Two-Piece Workout Says ‘Love You All’

Michelle Randolph shares a behind-the-scenes look at Landman—in her workout gear. In a new post on social media, the actress and sister of Bachelor star Cassie Randolph shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set. “A wrap on Farmer. What a colorful collision – exciting, heartfelt, tender. I feel so humbled to hold these special moments and wish I could pause time to savor each one. If only this was a fever dream, I’d do it all over again How does she approach diet, fitness and self-care Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

To keep her mental health in check, Michelle limits her social media. “I do my best to stay away from it. I think it’s easy to get caught up in reading the comments and wanting to know what people are saying, but I think it’s better not to, because you can’t go back and change it. Once you make a scene and finish it and release it, the audience will make it what it is,” she says Discretion!

For all of her Yellowstone projects, Michelle learned to ride horses. “Montana was an adjustment, but I think we were so present and busy all the time that I just completely fell in love with it. I mean, we rode on our days off and spent time together,” she said. “As an adult, you feel like everything you do has to feel like it’s up to a certain level of productivity. That was the beauty of learning to ride because it felt productive when it was for a job, but it was at the same time It was really rewarding The transition from beginner to intermediate – or actually I don’t know how good I am at riding – but it was so obvious to see the difference and it was also great to see all my new friends it It was just so much fun even on the days after the two weeks of cowboy camp where the wranglers came in to shoot for the next five months, we all went in and rode together. “I wasn’t nervous because I love animals, but I was nervous because I hadn’t it before, and a lot is about technique, and the more time you spend on a horse, the better you get. A lot is also about knowing it and getting the rhythm and learning your specific horse, I was so excited We were all like little kids at summer camp!

While Michelle loves the “hustle and bustle” of cities, she is “happiest, not to sound cliche, but when I’m in nature,” she says. “It just feels like you take a step back and the real priorities in life are health and wellness and you can meditate and not hear cars whizzing by (laughs)! I think it’s a balance. I could spend 6 months in Montana and then I need 6 months in the city, I’d like to think of myself as a well-rounded person in that regard.

You can often find Michelle clutching a glass of red wine. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought to be heart-healthy,” it says Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.”

Another favorite drink from Michelle? Coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is good for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee — especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee — can protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found “significant reductions” in the risk of coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee. But only ground and caffeinated instant coffee reduced the risk of arrhythmia, or irregular heart rhythm.
