Cleveland Browns starting receiver Cedric Tillman left the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tillman went to the medical tent in the waning seconds of the third quarter.

Tillman suffered a head injury from a big hit at the first down marker on a third and medium. Tillman battled through several Steelers defenders before he was injured. Tillman was immediately escorted to the medical tent and taken to the locker room for further evaluation in this game.

Tillman had an up-and-down game against the Steelers. He made a big catch and ran with his first goal before fumbling the ball deep into Steelers territory. The Browns managed to stop the Steelers offense from scoring on the turnover. Tillman is a good player and he needs more experience. Hopefully he can get back into the team soon.

The Cleveland Browns lead the Pittsburgh Steelers in primetime 18-13. The Browns must hold off the Steelers for another quarter to give their home crowd a much-needed win.
