Jennifer Lawrence wore a sheer dress to the ‘Bread & Roses’ premiere

Jennifer Lawrence’s maternity style has two very distinct sides. During the day, she wears slouchy pants and cool girl sneakers, but when night falls, it’s all about the glamour.

An example of that? On Thursday, the actress attended the Los Angeles premiere of the upcoming documentary, which she co-produced with Malala Yousafzai, Bread & Rosesand for the occasion she chose an elegant black dress that effortlessly skimmed her baby bump. The floor-length dress was actually a vintage find from Christian Lacroix’s Fall 2006 couture collection and featured an off-the-shoulder sweetheart neckline, sheer sleeves and a bejeweled brooch at the bust.

Accessorizing with just a pair of small silver earrings and a diamond ear cuff, J.Law’s growing belly, which she sweetly cradled as she walked the red carpet, stole the show. Her blonde hair was worn down, slicked back and tucked behind her ears, while the rest of her glam included a deep plum eye and glossy pink lips.

It’s not the first time Lawrence – who is expecting her second child with husband Cooke Maroney – has dressed up her bump for the red carpet. Last month she attended the premiere of another of her producing projects, Zurwaski V Texas, where she skillfully mixed style with comfort.

At the star-studded event, the mother-of-two wore a double-breasted white Dior midi dress that was styled off the shoulder on one side and finished off her look with a black leather belt across her stomach and a pair of matching ballet flats.
