Week 10 – QB List

Streaming Tight Ends

We had a handful of shows this week which paid off well. The boys on Monday night held the top with a second and third finish for Cade Otton and Travis Kelce. Brock Bowers and Trey McBride found the end zone this week, rounding out the list of big name players from the position who performed well. Jake Ferguson finished with 71 yards on his 10 carries. Dak and CeeDee could be out for weeks to see Ferguson thrive in Lamb’s absence. We also saw some second and third string scores which ruined our day. We saw Josh Oliver and Theo Johnson in the top ten. So Nick Vannett, Quinton Morrisand Chris Manhertz steal a touchdown. WHO!? What are you doing to me, fantasy gods??

We have four teams on the bye, so we don’t want big names like Bowers, Kraft and Njoku that can’t be used. The studs should continue in Kelce, Kittle and McBride. The next level down will be the high-target guys; they all have injured wide receivers on their teams who throw targets to the TEs. Evan EngramJake Ferguson and Cade Otton fill that role. They can all climb to the top this week on goals alone. Mark Andrews and Kyle Pitts should be able to bounce back after their quiet Week 9. TJ Hockenson was limited on snaps in his first outing of the season. It’s a great game against Jacksonville this week, so I give the nod to getting him in your lineup.

And now here are a handful of streaming options for you all to consider this week:

Taysom Hill

Yes, I know. Surprise, Brian is talking to Taysom again.

We’re getting to the point of the season where the new tight ends have been picked up. And you, the great researcher, have been reading this every week and are at a loss. As a focal point, I love to return to the well with Taysom Hill. This New Orleans team is fighting! Rashid Shaheed is on IR, and Chris Olave will miss some time with his second concussion of the season. Alvin Kamara going to be the offense, but being able to play a guy that takes snaps from all over the field. Few other players give you the upside potential that this player has.

Mike Gesicki

No Tee Higgins, let’s go again.

Mike Gesicki has a chance to be a big waiver pickup after his big two-touchdown performance. We’re chasing a bit, but the recipe seems to be Tee Higgins sitting out, and that trend looks set to continue this week. You’ll have to watch practice reports this week, but Gesicki is a great rotation option based on involvement in the offense alone. In a divisional game in Baltimore, this game has a good chance to give us a lot of points. Both of these defenses give up points, especially through the air. The Ravens are the 8th best matchup for the position, giving up over 10 points a game, and Gesicki has the talent to break for a big play, which this offense needs since they lost their new rookie tight end , Eric Alleto an ACL, which leaves so much more for Mike.

Ja’Tavion Sanders

Looking for some points, nothing huge

And for your super deep league, this is where we are. The choice in the fourth round, Ja’Tavion Sandershave come along in the last few weeks. The Rookie has seen at least 5 targets in 4 of the previous 5 games and over 10 yards per carry. goal in 2. The Panthers also traded last year’s second round, Jonathan Mingoto the Cowboys for a 4th round pick at the deadline. He is the second wide receiver traded in the previous week that Diontae Johnson went to the Ravens last week. As a deep game, controlled expectations are essential, but with limited pass catchers and an increased role in the offense, the Giants play who can get after the quarterback, leaving Sanders as a good dump-off option. I’m interested in playing him in a pinch this week.
