How to watch Chiefs-Steelers and Ravens-Texans this Christmas

The holiday season is here, and football will be in full swing on Christmas Day with a two-game gift from the NFL on it Netflix.

This is the first time the streaming service will carry any NFL games.

At 1 p.m. ET on Dec. 25, the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs travel to Pennsylvania to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. ET. Led by star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce, the Chiefs have already done it clung to the American Football Conference West Division, which makes it for last nine seasons.

Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson is a former Super Bowl winner with the Seattle Seahawks. He has led the Steelers to their 20th consecutive season with a winning record dating back to 2004.

4:30 PM ET, the Ravens travel to Texas to take on the Houston Texans, two teams with winning records and playoff aspirations. Leading the Ravens is two-time NFL Most Valuable Player quarterback Lamar Jackson, who lost in the AFC Championship matchup for Mahomes and the Chiefs in the 2023 NFL season.

Facing the Ravens are quarterback CJ Stroud and the Texans. Stroud won NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year last season and led Houston to their second consecutive AFC South title this season after beating Indianapolis Colts last week.

During halftime of the Ravens-Texans game, Beyoncé will perform her first live versions of songs from her platinum seller recording “Cowboy Carter”, her first country album, per Netflix.

She has performed twice during NFL halftimes: at the 2013 Super Bowl as a headliner and in 2016 when Coldplay headlined the show.

When are the NFL Christmas Day games on Netflix?

The first Christmas Day NFL game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs will be at 1:00 PM ET at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Boxing Day NFL game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans is at 4:30 PM ET at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

How do I watch NFL Christmas Day games?

Both Christmas Day games will be shown on Netflix.

In addition, the games are available to stream using a mobile device with an NFL+ subscription to the NFL app.

The games will also be broadcast in local television markets for each home and away team playing on Christmas Day.

Commentators for the Chiefs-Steelers game on Netflix includes CBS Sports play-by-play announcer Ian Eagle, former NFL wide receiver and “The NFL Today” analyst Nate Burleson, and former NFL defensive end and CBS Sports analyst JJ Watt.

In the Ravens-Texans game on Netflix, NBC Sports’ play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle will host the broadcast with former NFL tight end and Fox Sports analyst Greg Olsen, NFL Network host Jamie Erdahl and NFL Network chief reporter Steve Wyche.
