There were plenty of looks to be seen at the 47th Annual Kennedy Center Honors. While the event took place earlier this month on December 8, tonight brings the telecast, which will air on CBS from 8:30 to 11:30 PM ET (8:00 to 10:30 PM PT) and be streamed on Paramount+ live and on -demand.

This year’s ceremony portraits featured a dazzling array of metallic looks, which continue to trend this year after dominating the red carpet at the 2024 CMA Awards and 2024 Emmy Awards. Take a look below at some of the standout ensembles from this year’s Kennedy Center honor.

J’Nai Bridges

J’Nai Bridges opted to wear an eye-catching art deco beaded silver dress and paired it with sparkling hoop earrings.

Queen Latifah

Queen Latifah, who hosted the 2024 Kennedy Center Honors, posed in a silver beaded gown with cascading floral appliqués.

Chloe Sevigny

Grace VanderWaal

Grace VanderWaal embraced vintage glamor in a pearl satin gown. She completed her look with pearl headbands.

Debbie Allen

Debbie Allen put a pink twist on the metallic trend. The “Fame” star embraced the monochromatic trend in a pink high-waisted maxi skirt and pink blouse with pink pointed heels.

Brandi Carlile

Brandi Carlile looked after the occasion. The singer-songwriter wore a black suit with red details and paired it with a red blouse and matching ascot.

Kofi B also opted for a brocade jacket, wearing one with a metallic floral print and pairing it with a silk shirt and a sparkly music stick.

Since its inception in 1978, the Kennedy Center has presented honors to prestigious individuals in the performing arts spanning music, dance, theater, opera, film and television in recognition of their contributions to American culture. This year’s honorees include director Francis Ford Coppola, members of the Grateful Dead, jazz trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt and the historic Apollo Theatre.
