Tennessee volunteer fans felt pretty good about what they were going to do with the so-called invasion of Ohio Stadium for a first rounder College football playoff matchup Saturday night against Ohio State. A 42-17 blowout loss later and things didn’t quite go to plan.

Vols head coach Josh Heupel met with the media after the game and was understandably solemn about the music and answered some tough questions. He often credited Ohio State in his postgame comments, but also lamented his team’s shortcomings and lack of execution that led to his team’s demise.

If you missed some of what Heupel said about Ohio State after watching the team front and center, you can catch his entire comments below thanks to the WATE 6 On Your Side YouTube channel. By watching and listening, hear Heupel discuss the talent on the Buckeyes’ sideline, his team’s injuries, turning the page and more.

While the season is now over for Tennessee, Ohio State will now begin preparations to head out to Pasadena for the meet Oregon in a seemingly traditional quarter-final Rose bowl match on January 1.

We’ll have lots leading up to it, so check back often.
