This feels like a prime spot for the Hornets to win a game. Everyone’s opinion of them couldn’t be lower after they lost to the worst team in the league last night. They play back-to-back against a relatively healthy and rested 76ers team that gets big star Joel Embiid back. Meanwhile, the Hornets are down their two best players, their starting center and their best bench player. The 76ers won all three previous meetings with the minor injury advantage. So naturally watch the Hornets get hot and randomly pick one of them.

The absence of Miller, Ball and Williams shouldn’t be a problem. Williams and Ball are clearly not playing back to backs as they work back from their previous injuries. Miller was questionable on Thursday, but it appears the team has decided to play it safe and wait until they get home on Monday to give him a chance to suit up.

Let’s see how it goes.
