See new look at Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane ahead of ‘Superman’ trailer release

Fans get a new look at Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane in a new clip ahead of the release of the “Superman” teaser trailer on Thursday.

On Wednesday, DC Studios released a clip of Brosnahan, in which the iconic journalist looked up into what appears to be a crowded newsroom. The clip also features a very brief shot of Superman flying through the air interspersed with shots of onlookers looking on in shock.

The phrase “Look Up” flashes across the screen before promoting Thursday’s teaser trailer.

Fans got another look at the upcoming “Superman” movie earlier this week, as well as the announcement of a teaser trailer’s release date.

“Superman” writer and director James Gunn, who is also co-chairman and co-CEO of DC Studios, shared a new look of David Corenswet as Superman in full gear on social media Monday, writing “Look up,” a fitting caption for the animated image, which shows Superman appearing to float through the air.

The music playing in the background of the motion picture is a softer, slower version of the famous theme music from the original 1978 “Superman” film.

In a follow-up postshared Gunn that the film’s teaser trailer is coming later this week.

“#Superman #Trailer Thursday,” he wrote along with a short clip of a rotating Superman logo.

The teaser trailer is scheduled for release at 6 PT on Thursday, December 19, according to Warner Bros.

In addition to Corenswet and Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult will star in the upcoming film as Superman’s archenemy, Lex Luthor.

Gunn first announced that he was taking on the project in March 2023.

“Superman” will premiere on July 11, 2025.
