Teenager dead, two injured after being trapped in Natchez home during severe storms

NATCHEZ, Miss. (WLBT) – One person was killed and two others were injured after being trapped inside a home that was hit during the severe storms in Natchez Saturday night.

This according to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency.

Around 6:45 p.m., Adams County EMA Director Brad Bradford reported that authorities were on the scene of the incident.

Adams County Corner James Lee confirmed with WLBT News that 18-year-old Tykeria Rogers and two others sustained injuries from a tree that fell on the home on West Wood Road.

The identities of the two injured people have not been released.
