The incident occurred on a Friday morning, when authorities discovered Haddon dead in a second-floor bedroom after responding to an emergency call about another person in the same house. Preliminary investigations attribute the leak to a faulty heating unit.

Haddon’s career started as a model, leading her to international fame before venturing into acting. Born on May 26, 1948 in Toronto, her filmography includes over 25 credits, with notable roles in films such as “North Dallas Forty” and “Bullets Over Broadway”. In addition to the camera, she is also known for her humanitarian work, founding WomenOne and serving as a UNICEF ambassador.
