Ray Romano, Lisa Kudrow surprise Friends fans at Warner Bros. Hollywood tour

Everyone loves Friendsmuch to the chagrin of Ray Romano.

The actor surprised fans waiting to take pictures on the iconic orange Friends sofa under Warner Bros. Hollywood studio tour and also issued an important reminder: his sitcom, Everyone loves Raymondalso filmed on the Burbank grounds, thank you very much.

“We’re on Friends couch,” Romano said. “Everybody’s ‘Oh there’s Friends.’ And they forget that Everyone loves Raymond also filmed at Warner Brothers.”

“I just want to make sure they remember,” the comedian and actor said before addressing the unsuspecting visitors. “It’s not all about Friends!”

“We were two stages down,” Romano added. “You have to visit our stage.”

Romano also posed for photos on the couch before Friends alum and his No good deed costar Lisa Kudrow arrived on the scene. “Oh s—,” Romano said at the sight of Kudrow. “Never mind, gotta go.”

“Ray!” laughed Kudrow. “Sit on the couch in your own show!”

“He always gets on this couch because he wants more attention,” Kudrow told the starstruck fans.

As Kudrow posed for pictures with the fans, Romano shouted from the bushes, “It’s not just about Friends!”

The video was shared by No good deed creator and showrunner Liz Feldman. “It turns out Friends is a pretty well-known show,” Feldman wrote.

Romano and Kudrow play married couple Paul and Lydia Morgan Death to me creator’s new dark Netflix comedy No good deeda meditation on grief and the cruel Los Angeles real estate market. After the death of their son Jacob, the Morgan family put their 1920s Spanish villa on the market and try to put the trauma behind them. It starts a bidding war between buyers played by OT Fagbenle, Teyonah Parris, Abbi Jacobson, Poppy Liu, Luke Wilson and Linda Cardellini.

talking with Weekly entertainment ahead of the eight-episode drop on Dec. 12, Feldman said she already has a “really clear idea” for a potential Season 2 following the twist ending regarding Jacob’s death. “I’m going to leave it as a mystery because we’ll probably have to talk about it with Netflix first,” Feldman said of the idea. “I’m just going to say it would involve a whole new house.”
