Golden State Warriors vs Los Angeles Clippers

After an incredibly disappointing loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Christmas Day, the Golden State Warriors look to bounce back against the LA Clippers tonight.

Tonight’s game will be the third time these teams have met on the court this season, but both previous games ended in Clipper victories. Tonight’s game may present a little more of a challenge than the others because of who is on the injury report.

The Warriors have three players listed on their injury report: Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Gary Payton II.

Steph Curry is listed as out as he deals with a bilateral knee injury.

Steph Curry will not play in Los Angeles against the Clippers tomorrow night. Dealing with his knee tendinitis on the front of a back-to-back. The Warriors are at home against the Clippers on Saturday night. Draymond Green is questionable vs the Clippers.

Draymond Green is currently questionable with a left lower back contusion.

Gary Payton II is out with a left calf strain.

INJURY UPDATE: Warriors guard Gary Payton II, who left last night’s game against the Lakers with 9:27 left in the fourth quarter, underwent an MRI earlier today. The MRI confirmed that Payton has suffered a mild strain to his left calf. He will be re-evaluated in a week.

The Clippers have six players listed on their injury report: Kawhi Leonard, Terance Mann, Kobe Brown, Cam Christie, Trentyn Flowers and PJ Tucker.

Kawhi Leonard is listed as out as he continues to recover from a right knee injury.

Terance Mann is out with a broken left middle finger, Kobe Brown is out managing a back injury, Cam Christie is out on G League assignment, Trentyn Flowers is out on his two-way G League contract and PJ Tucker remains out of the team.

Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers meet at 10:00 PM EST.
