Billie Eilish’s makeup routine includes an easy Waterliner hack I’ve never seen before

Billie Eilish is currently on tour in support of her Grammy-nominated album Hit me hard and soft, and she just revealed the products that get her ready for the show.

In a recently posted TikTok video, Eilish took viewers behind the scenes of her pre-concert skincare and makeup routine, though she cautioned that she’s not a cosmetics expert. “Leave me alone, I barely know what I’m doing, but here’s what works for me and what I do before every show on tour,” Eilish caption her video. Well, she may not feel like an authority figure, but she seems to have her routine down!

First, Eilish tames her alleged “cowlick” using a brush and blow dryer, then preps the bangs with some sort of spray. But once she starts on her face, we get some labels. Using a cotton ball, Eilish wipes her skin clean with it Biba de Sousa micellar waterand applies to one moisturizer from the same brand.

She wipes her waterlines dry with a Q-tip—which I personally have never seen before and am eager to try—before going with a brown liner: Tattoo Studio Gel Pencil from Maybelline. Eilish uses one Makeup by Mario eyeshadow palette to prolong the cat-eye look, it’s time for more micellar water to clean it up. Then she takes a short break to listen to her friend’s gossip, a crucial step in any beauty routine.

Next, use Eilish Nars concealer on a few spots, blend it with a small cushion, then go over everything with it Laura Mercier powder. She uses Semi Permanent Brow Ink from Revlon…but not for her eyebrows. No, they have to recreate the freckles she just covered with powder. Creative!

She applies one of the viral jelly blushes from Milk and one highlighter from Meritplus a brow gel (on her brows) from the same brand. She fixes her brows using a tube Got2B Brows and Edges gelthen curls her eyelashes which she coats Merit mascara.

Finally, she lines her lips with a stain aptly named, Lip Liner Stay-Nwhich I guess you let dry and then peel off? It works remarkably well, based on her TikTok. Her final step: Tower 28’s OneLiner Lip Liner in artwork– and she’s good to go!
