BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – 1ST ROUND: The first round of storms moved through early this morning, mostly of the non-severe variety. Then we get nicer/drier weather in the afternoon, with mostly sunny and warm weather.

ROUND TWO

The second round of storms will move through Saturday, both morning and afternoon, but the biggest threat will be when the cold front moves in Saturday night.

SERIOUS SCENARIO

Baton Rouge is on the edge of an enhanced level three threat to a level two slight risk for Saturday evening/night.

The serious threat is between level two light and level three enhanced Saturday evening.

SERIOUS THREATS

All kinds of severe weather will be possible with the cold front, but flooding appears to be a slightly lower threat. The time will be between 18.00 Saturday to 03.00 Sunday.
