Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb misses rest of season with shoulder injury

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb will not play in the final two games of the 2024 NFL season, the team announced Thursday.

The Cowboys said further scans on the wideout’s shoulder “determined that his injury has now progressed to a point” where he would have to sit out the rest of Dallas’ campaign.

Dallas added that Lamb did not need surgery and will undergo “a process of treatment and rehabilitation.”

The Cowboys, eliminated from the playoffs at 7-8, host the Eagles (12-3) in Philadelphia on Sunday at 7 p.m. 1 p.m. ET.

Around the NFL will have more on Lamb’s injury soon.
