To celebrate the holiday, FloridaRentals.com collected some research about the most and cheapest holiday movie houses.

Using information about the various movie locations from IMDB, the vacation rental marketplace then estimated property values ​​for the vacation rental homes from sources like Zoopla, Realtor, Zillow and Redfin.

“Christmas movies are filled with enchanting homes that make us wish we could step inside and experience the magic of Christmas for ourselves,” wrote a FloridaRentals.com spokesperson.

“Whether it’s the charming cabins of The Holiday or the grand mansions of Home Alone, these homes are often the centerpiece of seasonal cheer.”

The spokesperson added that some of the homes are “unsurprisingly fictional” but are “within reach for longtime fans.”

“While these grand, opulent mansions may be out of reach, there are more modest but charming homes that are attainable than you think.”
