Former NBA star Jeff Teague says Caitlin Clark wouldn’t score against Bronny James in 1-on-1 matchup

Former NBA player Jeff Teague have some bold thoughts about a hypothetical match-up between Caitlin Clark and Bronny James.

“Caitlin wouldn’t score a point on Bronny, bro,” Teague, 36, said on the Monday, Dec. 23, episode of “Club 520” podcast when they were asked who would win if the pair ever faced each other. “She might not even get a shot off bro.”

Teague, who previously played with the Atlanta Hawks for seven seasons, doubled down on his hot pick that Clark, 22, would lose to Bronny — who is the son of LeBron James – with a significant amount.

“He would beat her by 60 (points),” Teague claimed. “He would legitimately beat her 20 (to) 0.”

Teague doesn’t think either Aja Wilsonwho plays for the Las Vegas Aces could also beat Bronny in a solo match due to their size differences.

“He’s 10 times more athletic than (Wilson). He can do everything better than her,” he said. “She’s a girl, bro, he’s physically a lot more imposing. I mean, she’s good, she’s a jumper, she’s a good person, but that’s a man.”

Teague added that in his experience, when he faces a woman on the basketball court, he has taken the win every time.
