“If a mistake is made, only blood is paid.” Lionsgate has revealed a third and final official trailer for Den of Thieves: Panteraalso known as Den of Thieves 2 – the great sequel to crime fiction Cave of Thieves from 2018. Ready to rock this? It’s confirmed for a January 2025 release in just a few weeks – and looks like a must-see. “The score is not settled…” Immediately following the events of the first film, Sheriff “Big Nick” O’Brien is tracking down Donnie Wilson, who fled to Europe and is planning another heist. They become involved in the dangerous world of diamond thieves and soon collaborate with the infamous Panther mafia, planning a massive heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange. So its cops become the gangsters this time. Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr. both return to the lead role with an international cast including Michael Bisping, Salvatore Esposito, Orli Shuka, Evin Ahmad, Cristian Solimenoand Nazmiye Oral. This last trailer is pure vibes (the second one is more intense) – all music, no dialogue (just the voiceover) and lots of slick shots of this heist going down in Europe. Yeah, I think I’m ready for this.
