A relaxing escape in Mediterranean style

Built in 1928, the modern Spanish-style home features simple wood and off-white finishes and furnishings, arched inset porches, and light wood beams under vaulted ceilings. It has a showbiz pedigree, having previously been owned by actress Diane Keaton twenty years ago.

As per Azria’s intention, the home was remodeled with a Mediterranean feel, adding four olive trees in the garden to complement the minimalist, calming color palette. The home also has a separate pool house with a wood stove, a 5-6 car garage, a steam room, a sauna, a patio and two kitchens.

Seacrest had bought the property from Ellen DeGeneres and Portia DeRossi for $36.5 million dollars in 2012.

Seacrest also sold his New York home — a five-bedroom penthouse in the West Village — to Fanatics billionaire Michael Rubin for $43 million in the summer of 2023, as reported by the Daily Mail.
